Thank you to everyone who supported us by nominating us and sharing the link for the Movement for Good prize draw, from the Benefact group. We are pleased to share that we are one of 150 lucky charities who have won £1000! This donation allows us to fund music therapy sessions for children and young people with special educational needs or life-limiting illness within the community. Many families with children who have complex needs already incur additional costs, and have been further impacted by the cost of living crisis, meaning they struggle to fund the costs of music therapy themselves. This funding means we can support these children to access music therapy when it is not available to them through other means. We know that music is a powerful tool for communication, and through these sessions more children will be given their voice. We are grateful to everyone who helped and supported us to win this draw!
