Sensory Music Videos

20-30 minute follow along sensory music sessions

Explore our range of interactive music sessions for children and young people with complex needs. Listeners are encouraged to join in, and we have provided a list of simple items that can be used as instruments or sensory aids during the video. Try making your own shaker by putting rice or grains inside a Tupperware or plastic bottle, or mimic the sound of bells by loosely holding three metal spoons in one hand and shaking them. Alternatively, just relax and enjoy the music.
